Integrated header box
This type of header box has low resistance and good sealing performance and can effectively eliminate the leakage of hazardous fluid and gas. The maximum allowed operating pressure is 35MPa. It is applicable to high-temperature, high-pressure, toxic, flammable and explosive cleaning medium.
Semi-round header box
It is mainly used in the condensation of ammonia and Freon, and in vacuum steam condenser. The design’s fully-welded structure can provide the perfect sealing required by these applications.
Cover-plate header box
It is mainly applicable to highly-polluted medium of which the pressure does not exceed 6.4MPa and those cases requiring frequent cleaning.
Plug-type header box
Plug-type header box is a widely-used structure of header box. Its operating pressure can be more than 20MPa.The plug-type hole for each heat exchange tube can be used for expanded connection, cleaning and plugging of pipes and plates. For perhydrous and partial-pressure medium, its cost is less than that of manifold-type header box with pressure exceeding 20MPa if sealed welding or strengthened welding is used.
